This website is technically provided through Vercel. The provider is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Technical access data may be processed by Vercel in connection with the operation of the website. Vercel is engaged under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR where it processes personal data on our behalf.

The domain and email infrastructure are managed through IONOS. IONOS is used for sending and receiving emails. The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

Where data are transferred by Vercel to the USA or other third countries, this takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous audience measurement. In particular, page views, referrers, landing pages and aggregated technical information are processed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract. In all other cases, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the efficient handling of business enquiries.

5. Sending and processing emails through IONOS

Enquiries submitted through the contact form are transmitted to LAMAR Solutions GmbH by email. Personal data contained in the enquiry may be processed by IONOS. Where required, IONOS is engaged under a data processing agreement.

6. Retention period

Personal data from enquiries are retained only for as long as necessary to process the enquiry, carry out pre-contractual or contractual measures, or meet statutory retention obligations. Commercial and tax retention obligations remain unaffected.

7. Google Analytics and consent

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us obtain statistical information about use of the website and improve our offering.
